What to Expect at Emerge

Your first visit should feel easy, not intimidating. Here’s everything you need to know so you can walk in feeling comfortable and confident.

Before you arrive

A few simple things to make your first day stress-free.

Wear comfortable clothes

Athletic wear and gym shoes are all you need. No special equipment required — we provide everything else.

Arrive 5 minutes early

Give yourself a few minutes to complete your registration form and settle in before your session begins.

Bring water

Bring a water bottle if you’d like. We have TRX, BOSU, mats, and everything else you’ll need.

No experience required

We train women at every fitness level. Whether it’s been years since you’ve worked out or you’re just looking for something different — you belong here.

Your first session

Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you walk in.

Meet your trainer

Tell us about yourself, your goals, and your body’s history. We listen first. This conversation helps us understand what you need and how to keep you safe.

Core & balance warm-up

Start with modified core and balance exercises. Everything is scaled to your level — no one expects you to keep up with anyone else.

Individualized strength training

Your trainer guides you through your personalized workout using TRX Suspension Trainers and BOSU Balance Trainers. Every exercise is modified for where you are today.

Guided stretching

25 minutes of dedicated flexibility work to cool down and recover. This is where your body starts to feel the difference — and it’s most women’s favorite part.

Your own workout card

You’re not copying the person next to you. Every woman follows her own personalized program, designed for her body and her goals.

Maximum 4 women per session

You won’t feel invisible. With no more than 4 women in the studio, your trainer sees you, corrects your form, and knows your name.

Medical exercise expertise

Your trainer has specialized medical exercise training — safe for postpartum recovery, post-injury rehab, and complex health histories.

After your 3 free sessions

Once you’ve completed your three complimentary sessions, you’ll sit down with Roz for a quick 15-minute conversation. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest chat about which program fits your goals, your schedule, and your budget.

Most women already know by their second session whether this is the right fit. And if it’s not? No hard feelings. We’d rather you find the right training than sign up for the wrong one.
