What a session looks like

Every session is structured to maximize your time, your results, and your recovery.

Warm-Up & Check-In (5 min)

We check in on how your body feels today — any new aches, wins, or things to watch for. Then a targeted warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for the work ahead.

Individualized Strength Training (30–35 min)

Your personalized workout card guides each session. With 1–4 women in the studio, each working her own program, every exercise is modified to YOUR level using TRX Suspension Trainers and BOSU Balance Trainers.

Guided Stretching & Recovery (25 min)

Dedicated flexibility work closes every session — never rushed, never skipped. This is where range of motion improves, tension releases, and your body truly recovers.
