What's included in each session?

Each 1-hour session includes a warm-up, individualized strength training using TRX and BOSU equipment, and guided stretching. All equipment is provided.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Start with your free trial sessions and we'll help you choose. Most women start with 6 or 8 sessions per month and adjust from there.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can adjust your session frequency at renewal time. We want your plan to grow with you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and clean indoor shoes. No special socks or equipment required — we provide everything you need.

Do I need fitness experience?

Absolutely not. We train women of all fitness levels. Every workout is modified and scaled to your ability.
